LOPTR LAB · INDEPENDENT REVIEW PROPOSAL · POSSIBLE 2027–28 WINDOW

Find your people.
Explore through play.
Build a place to return.

A proposal for Renegades to organise accessible, Ren-themed fan gatherings, meet locally and take optional steps toward a wider support system. A possible artist-led 2027–28 residency remains a separate idea for Ren’s review.

A proposal. Ren owes us nothing.

This is Dominique / Loptr Lab’s independent pitch for possible work with Ren, offered for his optional review. It is not an announcement, an agreed collaboration or a tour commitment. Ren and his team have not approved this proposal; no artist, guest, venue or manufacturer agreement is confirmed.

Nothing proceeds as a Ren project without his affirmative agreement and complete control over execution. He decides whether to participate, the artistic direction, location, pace, care arrangements, collaborators, publication and commercial terms. He may decline, change, pause or end participation. Silence, a public interaction or an existing collaboration is not consent.

2027–28 is an exploratory planning window. The project may never happen. No tickets, donations, deposits or applications are being collected here.

THE SHARED PURPOSE / MUSIC · PLAY · COMMUNITY

Build a gathering before proposing a show run.

Made Sick invites people to connect through music. Violet’s Revenge offers a story-and-play entry point: characters, creative choices and group participation. Playing an instrument, writing, drawing, joining a game or simply observing are equally valid ways to explore what moves you.

The aim is self-understanding, connection and a steadier everyday rhythm. “Homeostasis” describes an aspiration toward balance here, not a promised physiological effect or treatment. No one has to perform, disclose or improve on demand.

Explore Made Sick · Violet’s Revenge project and development record. These links connect the proposed experience; they do not establish an approved adaptation of Ren’s work.

1 / Return to a familiar room

Start recurring, accessible listening circles, instrument play and story games at a willing club or venue. Named hosts welcome newcomers; participation and follow-up remain optional.

2 / Let the community shape it

With consent, record aggregate attendance, repeat visits, access requests and costs. Ask what people want next. Sustained interest may help a venue assess expansion; it does not guarantee a booking.

3 / Explore small show runs

Short original plays, recurring characters, music and a small ensemble can evoke the close communal storytelling of early theatre. Adaptations and music use need their own rights clearance. A Ren residency is a separate, optional invitation.

Coordinate where the community already gathers.

If Ren accepts

Coordinate the artist-led project within Ren’s Patreon, only in the form he and his team authorize. He controls scope, roles, pace and release approvals. Membership or a comment does not establish project consent or private access.

Independent fan gatherings

Existing communities such as r/ren may be organising routes, subject to moderator permission and community rules. No subreddit cooperation is confirmed. Every event names its hosts and discloses that Ren is not committed to attend or endorse it.

Made Sick’s proposed role

Publish approved event descriptions, access information and play resources, linking to the chosen organisers. No new coordination platform is required. Listings, submissions and automatic cross-posting are not implemented by this pitch.

Accessible public event information remains available outside any paid membership. Patreon discussions, private member content and personal contact details are not republished without permission. HeartSupport volunteering remains through its own official process.

COMMUNITY FIRST / PROPOSED FAN-ORGANISED EVENTS

A reason to get out. Someone to meet again.

The main proposal is a small, repeatable social gathering built around a shared appreciation of Ren’s work. It can offer an approachable first step toward friendship and a wider support system; it cannot promise recovery, belonging or a clinical outcome.

Fan gatherings do not depend on Ren attending, touring, endorsing or providing care. They must be labelled independent fan events, with named organisers responsible for their own conduct, access arrangements and permissions. No official Renegades chapter, Ren partnership or HeartSupport affiliation is established here. Use descriptive themes; artist logos, recordings, screenings and merchandise require the applicable rights. This page grants no permission.

Listening & conversation

Start with 8–15 people in a seated, accessible room for 60–90 minutes. Share what the music means to you; speaking, personal disclosure and playback are optional. Use official links and clear any public playback or screening rights.

Make something together

A writing circle, drawing table or fan-story discussion gives people an activity without demanding introductions or emotional disclosure. No substantial lyrics, artist images or recordings are republished without permission.

Meet again

Offer a next date and optional exchange of contact details. Attendance does not enroll anyone in a directory, chat group, mailing list or support programme. Keep participation possible without a smartphone or public profile.

A gentle path toward support

  1. Come as you are. Bring a companion, sit near an exit, observe or leave early. No diagnosis, disclosure, purchase or cold-water activity is required.
  2. Connect by choice. Meet a named host and one or two other people through an activity. Ask before exchanging details or arranging a follow-up.
  3. Explore established support. Offer information about peer-support organisations and local qualified services outside the artist relationship.
  4. Volunteer if it fits. People interested in supporting others can explore an organisation’s own application, training, eligibility and supervision process.

HeartSupport: a reference, not a confirmed partner

HeartSupport describes itself as a music-community nonprofit offering peer support. Its involvement guide links volunteer opportunities and charity fundraising; its supporter training information describes a structured programme.

Interested people should use HeartSupport’s official volunteer route. Availability, age and geographic eligibility must be checked directly. A fan-event host is not automatically a trained peer supporter. Do not call a gathering a HeartSupport chapter or use its branding without authorization.

Peer support, not therapy or emergency care. Service scope, availability, privacy terms, training model and escalation limits apply. Hosts should have a written conduct and escalation plan and locally appropriate support information. Immediate danger requires local emergency services; US audiences can call or text 988 for crisis support. Never redirect crisis or treatment requests to Ren’s DMs.

A workable first gathering

Two named hosts; a published access description; a quiet option; no strobe effects; a clear start and finish; optional introductions; no photography by default; a discussion or creative activity; and an optional next meeting. Choose an adults-only first pilot; any later youth participation needs a separately reviewed safeguarding plan.

Keep room hire, access provision and host expenses transparent. Example only: £120 room + £40 refreshments + £40 materials/contingency = £200 for 12 attendees, about £16.67 each if entirely cost-shared. Prefer covered costs or optional contributions so inability to pay does not exclude people. This illustration excludes staffing and specialist access services, which need their own quotations.

If supporting a charity, use its approved donation channel, name the beneficiary and disclose any costs or deductions. Do not imply that buying a ticket pays for Ren’s treatment or buys access to him. No money is collected on this page.

LOCAL RESEARCH / CANDIDATES, NOT BOOKINGS

Gather locally; keep private care separate.

For a Brighton-area pilot, shortlist Southwick Community Centre / Barn Theatre for a small gathering, Brighton Dome Studio Theatre for a later artist-approved chapter, and Attenborough Centre as another seated venue. Dome publishes established access provisions; the others publish access information with limitations. Confirm step-free audience and stage routes, toilets, quiet space, companion access and evacuation for the actual event. CHALK’s prior Big Push show does not establish its suitability.

Breathe at Southwick advertises hyperbaric and red-light facilities; sauna, cold plunge and local electric cryotherapy availability are not confirmed there. Recovery Room in Hove advertises sauna, plunge and private group bookings. Neither is a confirmed partner or an assessed care provider for Ren. His involvement in designing or commissioning Breathe chambers remains unverified in this pitch.

Optional winter-swimming community ideas

Brighton & Hove Swimming Club documents year-round swimming; Shoreham RNLI’s 2025 December Dip included music, refreshments and spectators as well as swimmers. Saltdean Lido advertises winter swimming and possible exclusive hire outside opening hours. These are precedents, not 2027–28 dates, invitations or partnerships.

Borrow the social format: an optional activity plus an equally welcoming dry, accessible gathering. Do not make a plunge a belonging test, prescribe an event’s exposure limit to Ren, or substitute sea swimming for controlled care. Use RNLI guidance and qualified activity organisers; conditions may cancel outdoor activity.

Mobile plunge feasibility: carry empty, deploy while parked

A portable plunge is possible in principle. Each stop needs confirmed potable water, suitable fill equipment, measured temperature, safe access, private changing, cleaning, warm shelter and permitted drainage. Ice delivery or a compatible powered chiller must be arranged. Brighton Ice advertises bulk/24-hour delivery; this is a supplier lead, not a booking or assurance of availability.

A 300-litre fill adds about 300 kg before equipment and the person. Transporting empty avoids that water weight in transit. Cold-air cryotherapy avoids plunge water but adds its own equipment and safety requirements; comparative research does not establish equivalence to immersion. Neither belongs automatically in the van or the care plan. Fixed facilities remain an alternative. Existing build and operating allowances exclude this additional recovery infrastructure.

01 / THE EXPERIENCE · PROPOSED

Let the chapter travel further than the artist.

A bard carries stories between people. This proposal preserves the close encounter—voice, instrument, character and exchange—while letting audiences gather across distance.

The room

A small, seated audience, restrained lighting, close microphones, a quiet exit and no strobe effects. A suitable venue beside the vehicle keeps the rest area private.

The chapter

A spoken opening, two or three songs, an optional guest response and a closing passage. Test a brief segment first; a longer edition depends on Ren’s wishes and capacity.

The gathering

Captioned video, an audio-only choice and a generous replay window. A recorded premiere is clearly labelled; genuine live performance is optional.

Audience questions are screened by a moderator. Ren is an artist, not a clinician, crisis service or personally available source of treatment. Chat and artist DMs are not care pathways.

Guests: a surprise for the audience, agreed by the artists

CHINCHILLA and Sam Tompkins are editorial examples because released work establishes creative relationships. Big Push bandmates could contribute stories or music. Other collaborators would be Ren’s choice. No invitations, availability or guest appearances are confirmed.

Each chapter must work without a guest. A separately recorded contribution can avoid travel and live musical latency. Guest fees, credits, framing and recording rights require agreement before work.

02 / THE VEHICLE · ENGINEERING CONCEPT

A mobile workspace with room to recover.

Compare a long-body, high-roof Ford E-Transit with a Mercedes-Benz eSprinter. Choose the actual vehicle only after occupant, equipment, water, battery and axle-weight calculations. The proposal is a recording-and-rest van; it is not an ambulance or an established medical facility.

Sensory choice

Adjustable, flicker-controlled lighting; blackout blinds; quiet ventilation; low-emission materials; temperature controls; headphones and removable acoustic treatment. Ren chooses and tests the sensory settings.

Daily support

A reclining berth available without dismantling the studio, drinking water, handwashing, simple food preparation, toilet provision and secure storage. Medication refrigeration or access equipment only if his care plan requires it.

Emergency readiness

Clear exits and responder access, reliable communications and an individually agreed escalation plan. Qualified professionals determine equipment, staffing and backup power requirements.

No public diagnosis or touring history establishes Ren’s current needs. The publisher has no private clinical assessment. The vehicle cannot guarantee safety or manage an unspecified emergency. In a life-threatening UK emergency, call 999 and follow the dispatcher’s instructions.

Spend energy on comfort, not spectacle

Record while parked. Use efficient equipment, repairable modules and booked shore power. Hire or borrow for the first test. Keep comfortable indoor accommodation available. Solar is supplementary, never the foundation for essential care power.

Illustrative daily loads · estimates, not tested performance

FridgeEstimated consumption0.5–1 kWh

Climate control500–1,000 W average × 8 hours4–8 kWh
TotalExcludes losses and clinical equipment6.2–11.2 kWh

A 10–15 kWh auxiliary battery is only a starting point for engineering. Verify usable capacity, worst-weather HVAC demand, reserves and independent backup for any essential clinical load. Ford’s optional 2.3 kW export supply does not establish continuous accommodation HVAC capability.

Measure charging electricity and actual converted range. Electric propulsion removes exhaust at the vehicle; manufacturing and electricity still have environmental costs. These are the publisher’s environmental design priorities, not an attributed statement of Ren’s beliefs.

03 / THE ROUTE · HISTORICAL EVIDENCE + PROPOSED ALPHA

The recent tour offers a pacing reference.

Five dates across 28 days, six to eight days apart. Event listings establish dates; the band’s numbered backstage posts corroborate the city order. They do not establish how rest days were used, the support provided or Ren’s present capacity. See the source ledger.

First alpha: one chosen base, up to four weeks

  1. Week 1 / private setup. Stationary testing and a short drive; optional brief recording.
  2. Week 2 / first chapter. One local gathering or recorded session, followed by time to assess comfort and delayed effects.
  3. Week 3 / optional second chapter. A guest contribution and short transfer only if Ren wants them.
  4. Week 4 / review. Recovery observation and feedback. Additional chapters only if explicitly chosen; there is no output quota.

A Brighton-area base is one possible example because of the band’s documented connection. It is not a claim about Ren’s current residence or preferred care location. Worthing and Chichester are optional short-drive tests, not bookings. Verify parking, power, accommodation and emergency access before selecting any destination.

Possible 2027–28 expansion

If the alpha is useful, Ren could choose a short domestic circuit with several nights at each base. An optional later US residency would use local production and a locally hired vehicle. No country, season, venue or route has been agreed.

A US tour adds transatlantic travel, work authorization, care continuity, insurance and border uncertainty. Assess each performer and support worker with qualified immigration counsel; a tourist visit is not a substitute for authorization to work. Neither visa approval nor past performances guarantee admission. This is a planning constraint, not a claim about Ren’s immigration status or personal enforcement risk.

04 / DISTRIBUTION · PROPOSED, NOT IMPLEMENTED

A public story. An artist-controlled source.

Artist-owned home

A website and domain chosen by Ren hold the chapter index, credits, accessibility information and approved replay links. Keep email and RSS available without social-platform membership.

AT Protocol

Use public records for announcements, credits and conversation. A curated chapter feed can connect audiences. Domain identity and public provenance do not establish rights ownership or artist consent.

Video delivery

Test Streamplace for public broadcasting. Use a separately assessed ticketed service if PPV is chosen. A complete Streamplace payment-and-access system has not been verified.

AT Protocol repositories contain public records. Keep medical details, private locations, buyer data and access credentials out of them. This pitch adds no login, player, payments, tracking, clinical records or creator enrollment.

Access before exclusivity

Preferred proposal: a free core broadcast funded through approved sponsorship and optional supporter purchases. Alternative: a modest PPV premiere with sponsored access and a later free release. Ren decides whether either model fits his work.

Live, recorded-premiere and replay rights are separate review items. Clear music, guest, venue and recording permissions, territories and takedown terms. Linking to official work does not grant rebroadcast rights.

Existing Made Sick resources: Sessions, Streamplace integration plan, Story Finder and story-sharing permissions. These are resources for review, not Ren’s adoption of the platform.

05 / FINANCIALS · PLANNING SCENARIOS

Prove usefulness before buying a fleet.

All allowances are illustrative, require quotations and are not funding commitments. UK build figures approximate cash expenditure including VAT where applicable; operating and revenue scenarios need tax and contract review. No sponsor, affiliate fee or commercial relationship is confirmed for this pitch.

UK planning allowances · GBP · October 2026 basis

Capital envelope£133,000–£194,000Not a quote
Ten staffed operating days£12,000–£22,000Not a four-week residency budget; excludes 24-hour nursing

The four-week calendar requires a separate staffing, care and accommodation quotation. Specialist medical equipment, full-time care, artist and guest fees, rights, broadcast production and international travel must be costed explicitly; they are not assumed covered by the vehicle budget.

Why Ford Pro could consider it

Ford has an assessed conversion-partner programme. Its 2025 Ford Pro segment reported $66.3 billion revenue and $6.843 billion EBIT (10.3% margin). These segment figures do not establish this vehicle’s margin or Ford’s interest. Mercedes-Benz Vans is another candidate; neither is a partner.

The potential product is a repairable, accessible mobile workspace for artists and other travelling professionals. Vehicle sales, leases and servicing could benefit the manufacturer; conversion work benefits the converter. A hypothetical £50,000 conversion sale with £40,000 direct cost leaves £10,000 gross contribution before overhead, engineering and warranty. It is not net profit or a demand forecast.

One chapter’s revenue scenario

2,000 PPV purchases × £12 = £24,000 gross. After an assumed 15% selling-cost deduction: £20,400 before taxes, royalties and production. With £12,000–£18,000 production, the remaining contribution is £2,400–£8,400 before other obligations. Neither audience size nor fee assumptions are verified.

At £10.20 per purchase after that assumed deduction, £15,000 production requires about 1,471 purchases before other costs. Vehicle development is separate. Funding must preserve accessibility and Ren’s control; it cannot buy access to him, his medical information or participation.

06 / CONTROL & FEASIBILITY

Every next step is a choice.

  1. Optional review. Ren can ignore or decline this pitch. No response is required and no contact has been made through this page.
  2. Artist-led rewrite. If he wishes, Ren and authorized representatives define the purpose, scope and what may be discussed publicly.
  3. Written terms. Agree control, compensation, ownership, approvals, privacy, cancellation and exit terms before any work. Creative control does not override clinical judgment or legal duties.
  4. Professional feasibility. Qualified teams assess vehicle engineering, care, insurance, rights and any immigration requirements.
  5. Private alpha. Validate comfort, power, recording quality and stop procedures. Sponsor deadlines do not override a stop decision.
  6. Separate release approval. Public announcements, bookings, guest names, recordings and commercial activity each require the relevant approval. Review of this pitch alone authorizes none of them.

Reality check: there is no reliable probability or timeline for this happening. Artist interest, suitable care support, funding, a workable prototype and agreed rights are all unresolved. The artist-led project is viable only if Ren wants it and the practical conditions can be met. Independently organised fan gatherings can be explored separately, subject to rights, access and host responsibilities; they must never imply his participation.

Current open review is voluntary and unpaid. Participation promises no employment, ownership, revenue share or future pay. Any production commission requires a separate signed agreement. Loptr Lab mission and participation terms.

07 / EVIDENCE & DISCLOSURE

What is known. What remains an idea.

Compiled by Loptr Lab with AI assistance on October 7, 2026. Source checks establish the narrow facts below, not present artist needs or future commitments. Recheck specifications, prices, law and platform capabilities before a 2027–28 decision.

Routes, energy loads, budgets, guest possibilities and revenue scenarios are publisher proposals or estimates. No private access, endorsement, diagnosis, visa status or care arrangement is inferred. No artist photos, lyrics or recordings are reproduced.

Independent fan commentary. Not affiliated with or authorized by the artist. Interpretations belong to the publisher and are not medical guidance.

Correction or removal: use the Made Sick issue tracker for non-sensitive editorial requests only. Do not post medical records or private information. Artists and representatives may request narrower wording or removal; review does not create an obligation to participate.
